The Seine-et-Marne region proposes 29 walks to the walking enthusiasts .

The two following walks, n° 8 and n° 9, will permit you to discover Provins and its neighbourhood.

They offer panoramic views over the medieval town and the "Brie" region:

Walk n° 8:
Sur les coteaux de la Voulzie
Departure from the Tourist Office of Provins.
Lenght: 15 km - 3.45 hours

The most important sites: the medieval town of Provins, the ancient priory of of the hamlet of Mez-de-la-Madeleine, the Sainte-Colombe church, the remains of the leper-house of  Septveilles-le-Bas, the Lourps chapel, the Longueville AJECTA railway Museum, the hamlet of Septveilles-le-Haut and the village of Poigny.

Aux sources de la Vicomté
Departure from the Sourdun church
Lenght: 16 km - 4 hours

The most important sites: the Saint-Hubert chapel, the Saint-Ayoul and Tour-Notre-Dame-du-Val churches in Provins (outside visits only), the village of Saint-Brice and the Saint-Martin church in the village of Sourdun.
