As part of the 25th edition of "La Balade du Goût", Boris and Emilie are waiting for all the gourmets to discover their artisanal ice cream workshop "Brie'zon la Glace"!
On the programme:
> Free visit of the workshop and tasting in the presence of the happy owners, delighted to answer all your questions and to share their work and projects in all transparency.
> Animation for children in the form of a thematic presentation: "Our farm, its environment and its impact".
> On Sunday only: small producers' market, music band and presence of the food truck "Route 77" for on-site catering.
Possibility to reserve your favourite flavour in advance, in individual portions or 500g tubs.
There will also be a shop selling local sweet and savoury products from a number of producers in the region.
Located in the Vallées des 2 Morin region, the farm Brie'zon la Glace has the "Produit en Île-de-France" and "Bienvenue à la Ferme" French labels.
