As part of the 25th edition of "La Balade du Goût", come and discover La Conserverie de Larnière, and meet Apolline and Julien whose motto is "Avoiding waste"!
On the programme:
> Guided tour of the workshop-laboratory to discover all the stages of production of their soups, compotes and preserves, made with passion!
Made with fruit and vegetables from partner market gardeners, they make the most of poorly graded or over-produced products.
To treat your taste buds, a tasting and sale will be organised.
> Presentation of their new activity: the production of squash, butternuts and pumpkins, to be eaten or as ornaments for your table decorations and Halloween.
> Exhibition of agricultural equipment, tractors and combine harvesters in which young and old can get behind the wheel.
> Activities for children.
Located in the Vallées des 2 Morin region, The Conserverie de Larnière has the "Bienvenue à la Ferme" and "Produit en Île-de-France" French labels.
