As part of the 26th edition of "La Balade du Goût", come and discover La Ferme de Sigy and Ottman's good dairy products, gwhich won back-to-back awards in 2022 and 2023 at the Paris Agricultural Show!
On the programme:
> You will be welcomed by Robert, from the Ferme de Villain, who will be delighted to introduce you to his dairy cows.
> Guided tour of the farm's production workshop, where all the plain and flavoured yoghurts, fromage blanc, fromage frais and cream desserts are made.
> Demonstration of cheese making, with the presence of a producer and friend from the Jura, for a convivial moment of sharing!
Located in the Bassée-Montois region, The Ferme de Sigy has the "Produit en Île-de-France" label.
