As part of the 25th edition of "La Balade du Goût", come and discover Patrice Boudignat's farm-made Provins mustard!
On the programme:
> Visit the workshop to discover all the stages in the production of this very special condiment, from the work on the seed to the bottling.
> Tasting to appreciate all the flavours and textures of the different recipes.
> Country lunches on Saturday and Sunday, made from local products.
> Dinner and concert on Saturday evening from 8pm:
Treat your taste buds to a meal concocted by Marvic Medina Matos, a young Peruvian chef trained at the Ecole Ducasse.
She will cook the vegetables grown by François Guédon in the Bassée-Montois region, close to Provins.
The concert will be performed by Thierry Sparacino and his band, with an opening set that will pay hommage to South American musicians.
As the number of places is limited, all lunches and dinner must be booked by telephone.
Located in the Provinois region, Patrice Boudignat's farm has the "Produit en Île-de-France" and "Bienvenue à la Ferme" French labels.
