Organised by the Club 41 of Provins, this great gourmet event offers you many activities around chocolate!
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the organisers have prepared a special programme with great highlights, in the presence of 14 chocolate makers:
> Exceptional lottery: visitors, whatever the day you come, keep your entrance ticket safe!
Thanks to it, you will participate in a lottery that will allow you to win a training course in Paris, with a "meilleur ouvrier de France"!
The winner will be contacted by the organisers after the draw.
> Saturday and Sunday at 2.30 pm and 4 pm: chocolate dresses on parade.
> Sunday at 11.30am: make your own cake at home and take part in the best chocolate cake competition (open to all).
Cakes can be dropped off at the exhibition reception desk all day Saturday and Sunday until 10am.
The jury will be made up of professionals and members of the public.
Prize to be won: a day of discovery in the Maison Gaufillier.
> Making a 30-metre chocolate éclair: throughout the day on Sunday, the pastry chefs present will take up the challenge of making a giant 30-metre chocolate éclair. See you on Sunday at 4.30pm for the tasting!
> Saturday and Sunday (times to be confirmed): conference by Mickaël Azouz entitled "From pleasure to well-being"...
This French master chocolatier-pastry chef won the first edition of the World Pastry Cup in 1989!
> Great tombola to win several kilos of chocolate.
