As part of the 26th edition of "La Balade du Goût", come and discover Arnaud François' farm and his work as a breeder!
His main concerns: respect for animal welfare and customer satisfaction!
For this reason, he has opted for open-air rearing (outside the bird flu season), and old-fashioned breeds of animal:
- For the pigs, he chose the Porc blanc de l'ouest breed, which is closest to the pigs found on the farms of yesteryear.
Reared for 15 months and fed on the farm's cereals and grass, its meat is as mature as you could wish for.
- Poultry, and more specifically broilers, are reared for 4 months on the farm's own organic grain.
You'll also find guinea fowl, capons and red Ardennes turkeys for the Christmas season.
Products for sale at the end of the tour, and every Saturday from 10am to 12pm, preferably by booking.
