As part of the 25th edition of "La Balade du Goût", come and discover La Ferme de la Bonnerie and the orchards of Denise, Michel, Aurélien and Guillaume!
On the programme:
> Visit of the orchards and the workshop where juice, cider, vinegar, apple jelly and also champagne are made.
> Presence of local producers: artisan baker with his breads and apple cakes, "La Ferme Le Mignon" with its cochonailles and its apple pudding.
Sale of crêpes by a restaurant owner from the Ile-de-France region using products from La Ferme de la Bonnerie.
> Horse-drawn carriage ride to discover the young orchards.
> Country meal on Sunday lunchtime only, concocted by Christian, a passionate cook.
On the menu: Aperitif and amuse-bouche, Terrines of wild boar, Salad with lentils and cider, Brie cheese, Surprise apple dessert, Coffee.
As the number of places is limited, reservations reservations are obligatory by telephone with the Rebais Tourist Office (open every day from 9am to 12pm).
Located in the Vallées des 2 Morin region, The Farm of La Bonnerie has the "Produit en Île-de-France" and "Bienvenue à la Ferme" French labels.
