Dame Corinne welcomes you to her biscuit-making workshop to discover biscuits made from medieval recipes: flavorful recipes that will transport you through the centuries.

Medieval pastries include sweet or sweet-and-savory treats. They can be served between savory courses (entremets) or even accompany meat dishes with sauce, such as pear pie. What was called "dessert" in the Middle Ages was the third or fourth course, before the dessert, which consisted of sweets.

To immerse you in the heart of this gastronomic history, Dame Corinne also organizes delicious demonstrations, pastry classes, and courses on medieval cooking and other themes, all for your enjoyment.

through her "Medieval Gastronomy" cooking workshops and her medieval brunch.
