The Gîte Maryse et Jean-Louis is located in the town center, near the covered market (Wednesday and Saturday mornings), the historic Saint-Ayoul Priory complex, the Saint-Ayoul Cultural and Sports Center (performance venues), the cinema, the SNCF train station (Paris-Est line), and the greenway inaugurated in 2025 (ideal for peaceful walks along the ramparts).

You will stay in a ground-floor apartment for 4 people.

Quiet, renovated, and tastefully decorated, you will enjoy the charm of the old world with exposed beams and terracotta tiles, while benefiting from modern comforts.

You will have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and small appliances, a bathroom with a sink, hairdryer, and towel warmer, and a separate toilet.

For sleeping, you will find one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe, and another bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.

For pleasant evenings with family or friends, you will have access to a small, flower-filled courtyard furnished with bistro tables, chairs, and a parasol.

- Co-sleeping crib available for babies up to 6 months old or 9 kg (maximum), baby bathtub, playmat, changing mat, and high chair upon request.

Due to a small step, the accommodation may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Free parking nearby: Place du Cloître and behind the Saint-Ayoul church (cinema parking lot).

While remaining close to Provins, you can discover and visit many sites that will enhance your stay: Beton-Bazoches and its heritage (monumental apple press, church, and covered market hall), the superb church of Saint-Loup-de-Naud, the educational farms of Saint-Hilliers and Chenoise-Cucharmoy, the Jumping-Forest treetop adventure park...
