Maison Collégiale

Welcome to the Maison Collégiale, a comfortable family gîte on two floors, accommodating up to 4 or 10 people.

You will be staying with Aude, the owner of this splendid 13th-century medieval house!

You will be located in the heart of the medieval town of Provins, at the foot of the Saint-Quiriace Collegiate Church and close to monuments and attractions.
You will also have a privileged view of the iconic Caesar's Tower from one of the bedroom windows.

Carefully renovated, this former canon's house has a great deal of character, combining refined decor with the preservation of the original terracotta tile floors. Whether furnished with your own personal belongings or antique finds, each piece has its place, blending vintage charm with modern touches.

YOU WILL HAVE AT YOUR DISPOSAL ON THE GROUND FLOOR:

> A large living room with exposed beams and a set of beams (truss) that belonged to the Cordeliers Convent in Provins (a former religious building that now houses a tourism school).

You'll enjoy two comfortable sofas and plenty of seating for wonderful evenings with family or friends.

In winter, you can warm up by the fire thanks to the wood-burning stove installed in the old, monumental fireplace.
The games table/desk area is perfect for endless card games or for getting some work done.

THE FIRST FLOOR SLEEPING AREA:

You'll be charmed by its lovely headboard, exposed beams and artfully repainted woodwork, and its queen-size bed (160 cm). It has its own bathroom with a double vanity and toilet.

It has an adjoining bedroom with a crib available and a playroom, perfect for a small family!

THE SECOND FLOOR SLEEPING AREA:

Imagine waking up to the garden and majestic dome of this magnificent church in Provins, bathed in the morning light.

It features a queen-size bed (160 cm) with a discreet and functional wardrobe, offering you even more space.

> The "Caesar Room," with its lovely view of the Caesar Tower—a landmark of the medieval city—promises peaceful nights with its queen-size bed (160 cm).

> The "Little Explorers Room," with its twin beds (80 cm), a desk for creative moments, books, and more, is strictly reserved for children and budding adventurers!

The shower room with a single sink and toilet is shared by the three rooms.

The house boasts a walled garden with a view of the magnificent dome of the Collegiate Church of Saint-Quiriace.
A large, shaded table seating 10, a barbecue, and sun loungers await you for moments of incredible relaxation. A garage is available for a small car: very convenient during the medieval festival.
