Just 11 km from the medieval town of Provins, Sandrine and Lou welcome travelers
to a guesthouse nestled in the heart of the countryside, offering privileged access to one of the
medieval gems of the Île-de-France region while remaining away from the summer tourist crowds.

You can easily visit Provins during the day, then return in the evening to the peace and
gentle tranquility of the countryside.

Accommodation ideal for rest and relaxation.

They offer two comfortable, independent studios, one for 2 people and the other for 4, which
each have a private terrace opening onto the garden. Upstairs in the main building, there is a beautiful
double room and an 8-bed dormitory, accommodating up to 16 people. Spacious
and bright, all accommodations have a private bathroom and toilet.

All the rooms are furnished with vintage and antique pieces, and the beautiful beams create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The cottage is a through-unit with large bay windows opening onto the lovely garden and terrace, where you'll find a pool area in the summer.

Our unique feature? Like cat cafes, our guesthouse is a cat paradise! You can cuddle our five purring felines!

A pool table, board games, puzzles, and trivia quizzes are available for family or friends to enjoy.

A private, gated, and secure parking area provides space for five vehicles.

Every morning, a generous, mostly homemade French-style breakfast is served, featuring local and seasonal products. Enjoy coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh bread, homemade cake, local honey, brioche, and fresh eggs (the hens are in the garden!).

For your meals, Sandrine offers a fully equipped kitchen. She also offers a table d'hôtes (set menu) for up to 20 people by reservation, where she will prepare fresh and delicious meals (vegetarian or vegan options available upon request) served in beautiful antique tableware to enhance your dining experience.

The house caters to couples, families, groups of friends, solo travelers, and business travelers alike, all seeking a peaceful environment away from the tourist crowds.

Wellness massages performed by Sandrine, a certified professional, are available by reservation in a beautiful dedicated room or outdoors in the summer, reinforcing the "slow stay" approach of the property.

In addition to the bed and breakfast, Sandrine regularly organizes Creative Retreats: short stays of a few days, in small groups, dedicated to creativity, relaxation, and reconnecting with oneself, where numerous artists and craftspeople share their expertise.

These retreats combine creative and craft workshops, relaxation time, shared moments, and visits to the magnificent medieval city of Provins, the Museum of Bygone Life, and other iconic sites in the region. They are primarily aimed at adults seeking meaningful getaways, far removed from typical tourist experiences.
