About

Are you a sports enthusiast looking for a new challenge?

Don’t miss the Provins Ramparts Race (*Course des Remparts de Provins*), returning on October 4, 2026, for its 47th edition in the heart of this exceptional medieval town—a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Two courses are available: a 6.3 km run for beginners or casual runners (€12) and an 18.3 km run for experienced athletes aiming for a personal best (€15).

The route takes you past Provins’ iconic landmarks: the restored ramparts, the Caesar Tower, the Collegiate Church of Saint-Quiriace, and the half-timbered houses—not to mention the famous "Trou au Chat" climb.

You will enjoy an exceptional historical and natural setting throughout the race, accompanied by musicians, entertainment, and enthusiastic crowds.

Over 140 volunteers, rescue teams, a doctor, and a physiotherapist will be on hand to ensure your safety and comfort. The race starts near the Town Hall and finishes at Place du 29e Dragons, following a final 800-meter stretch along the Allées d’Aligre.

A warm welcome awaits you at the Raymond Vitte sports hall, featuring changing rooms, showers, and a bag-drop service.

Every participant will receive a medal and a souvenir gift, with the chance to win one of the many prizes offered by our partners.

The race maintains its charitable spirit, renewing its support for the Dravet Syndrome Alliance (*Alliance Syndrome de Dravet*) and participating in "Pink October" (*Octobre Rose*) to benefit the League Against Cancer (*Ligue contre le Cancer*).

Opening

Sunday 4 October 2026.
