About
Dedicated to Camille Claudel, this museum aims to be a privileged space for a truly immersive experience.
While the extensive collection of Camille Claudel’s works is on display, the first part of the tour showcases the creations of sculptors from her era. Visitors can thus appreciate how Claudel’s work stands out from that of her contemporaries. Our 15 rooms display over 200 works, including 45 by Camille Claudel.
We offer guided tours and free audio guides that provide additional insights. These are designed to be accessible and user-friendly, allowing you to explore at your own pace, whether alone, with family, or with friends.
Sculpture is the art of volume, and the entire exhibition has been designed to help you connect with and engage with this space. You will be captivated by the emotion in the faces and the strength of the bodies, as captured by the artist…
In the auditorium, which offers a panoramic view of Nogent-sur-Seine, you will find lectures, readings, screenings, and live performances. And discover the stained-glass windows by Fabienne Verdier.
