Discover the story of the Provins rose, or Rosa Gallica Officinalis, with its incomparable fragrance and properties, brought back from Damascus in 1240 by Count Thibaud IV of Champagne.
Taste our various rose-flavored products such as biscuits, shortbread, marshmallows, and meringues... as well as our range of artisanal jams in a variety of flavors, the aptly named "Confiture des Chevaliers de Provins" (Jam of the Knights of Provins):
- Confiture des Seigneurs (Jam of the Lords): apricot, mango, pineapple, lime, and passion fruit for a touch of sweetness and tanginess!
- Caprice de Blanche de Castille, apricot flavor for discerning palates,
